Magnetic Rigid Presentation Box
The project called for 200 custom presentation boxes measuring 260 × 230 × 70 mm, combining a premium appearance with a robust structure. A fully wrapped rigid construction, printed surface and magnetic closure were selected for the final production.
From multiple parts to one coherent experience.
At this production volume, the rigid construction required a high degree of manual work rather than a conventional mass-production process. Maintaining consistent dimensions, corner quality and closure precision across all 200 boxes was essential. Accurate magnet alignment and consistent wrapping and assembly quality were among the critical production points.
The rigid structure was constructed from 2 mm greyboard and wrapped with 170 gsm matte coated paper after offset printing and matte lamination. A double magnetic closure was integrated into the construction. Wrapping, corner finishing, magnet positioning and final assembly were completed by hand.

The production of 200 boxes was completed through a process combining custom structural development with intensive hand-finishing. The project demonstrates MONOKRAFT’s ability to manage construction, surface finishing and craftsmanship within a single production workflow for low- and medium-volume rigid box projects.
